I don’t think I’ve ever been as hard on myself as I have this year - especially the last 3 months or so. My mental health has suffered and the struggle has been real. I know I’m a leader; I know I stand in front of crowds on a regul It was a joy to return to speak in Artesia for the first time in 7.5 years today! A big thank you to the PY Foundation for organizing the event (and special s/o to @sandyborges82 & Destiny Rojo). I appreciate every attendee that came out today an Eyes forward ➡️ Labor Day Weekend 2025 ❤️ Shop. Eat. Repeat. 🔁 @sowens20 Today was session #8 over the last year for @conocophillips! Another great and engaged group. At points, we were laughing hard! I appreciate that! We spent the entire day diving into 6 different sections/subjects on leadership development. The best This morning was fun! @conocophillips wanted to change up their monthly safety meetings and invited me to be their guest speaker. We were up early but we had a great time! The topic: “Leading Change in the Real World”. I don’t know People: You don’t look your age! Me: Thank you! Very kind of you to say. I appreciate that. People: BUT… when you turn to the side and I see that your sideburns are completely gray, it does make you look older. Me: (Blinking. Blank s Today was a good day! Spent it with the team at Safety & Environmental Solutions, Inc. and we had a good time! From the word go early this morning until mid afternoon, they were fun, engaged, and energetic! Thank you to @sheila.babb.12 for having “Just out here practicing my ‘caught off guard but totally planned’ look.” “Didn’t choose the model life… but the sidewalk keeps holding auditions.” Did you all know I used to model? . . . . . . Jus Eighteen months ago I started @invisalign. Today I finished my last tray! Now, onto the retainer phase. 😬
