Another trip to the Big Easy in the books…..
I’ve been sitting on this one for 4+ months but bound for New Orleans today to not only attend the national Workforce Development Institute but to speak at it tomorrow morning! Proud to be invited but also to represent @nmjc_workforce, Lea Coun There have been quite a few new followers and connections … I’m Steve and here are a few things that are possibly not that interesting or completely fascinating: 

1. I travel - a lot - for work, my own business, and for fun! πŸ›«πŸš—

Me: “Of course I do! I’m human; but I don’t get tired of what I do.” 

I prayed for this; worked for this; sacrificed for this. I won’t let it go to waste! πŸ›«πŸš— Behind the scenes, I had been working on adding a new subject to the list of topics that I speak on and this morning was finally launch day! The subject is - Mind Matters: Changing the Mental Health Conversation at Work
 
Thank you to SENM STEPS for Last Tuesday, the US Capitol. This Tuesday, the State Capitol. In town for 24 hours for Higher Ed Day and the start of the legislative session. Thankful to see friends, partners, and colleagues from across the state today! πŸ€πŸ€œπŸΌπŸ€›πŸΌ First speaking engagement of 2026! Shoutout to the team at Square Root Services for inviting me out this morning! We dove into “Generational Differnces”. Can you tell I love what I do? We’re off and running! Back to DC for 2.5 days. The @americanpetroleum State of American Energy event; touring the US Capitol and sitting in the gallery of the House for two votes; visiting the National Archives; and always grateful for my job; incredible opportunities; an Thank you!
