If you went to the @create.women conference this year, this shot about sums up The Morning Show, doesn’t it?!? 🤦🏻‍♂️ 😂 #IYKYK Last night, I had the honor of delivering the keynote address for SAFE NM 3rd Annual Gala. I am a big advocate for challenging the stigma that exists around the topic of mental health; so, getting to speak on the topic was a privilege. We might impre First time to “The Gateway to the West” earlier this week — the BBQ was AMAZING; found out you can go up the Arch (and did); and Ballpark Village next to Busch Stadium is incredible. The people were friendly; the service was excelle Last month, @nmjc_workforce was nominated for a national award for Workforce Innovation for our “English For the Workplace: CDL”  program and tonight, in St Louis, we accepted it!  Thank you to the Rural Community College Alliance for thi The 10th @create.women Conference is in the books! It has been such a privilege and joy to be a part of 9 of them. The thousands that have attended over the years and being impacted by the Gospel is so special. It’s so fun to play a small part I got to spend the morning with the staff of @uni.tedwayofleacounty and we had such a good time diving into the Enneagram and all its benefits for a team as well as Generational Differences. I so appreciate organizations that invest in professional d I’ve been doing A LOT of thinking, reflecting, questioning, and challenging myself quite a bit this week and especially the last 3 days. One of the things I see that dominates mainstream culture, “conventional wisdom”, and “ad I don’t think I’ve ever been as hard on myself as I have this year - especially the last 3 months or so. My mental health has suffered and the struggle has been real. I know I’m a leader; I know I stand in front of crowds on a regul It was a joy to return to speak in Artesia for the first time in 7.5 years today! A big thank you to the PY Foundation for organizing the event (and special s/o to @sandyborges82 & Destiny Rojo). I appreciate every attendee that came out today an Eyes forward ➡️
