September 11, 2008, on the 7th anniversary of the attacks, I stood where the Twin Towers once did.

NYC is not a quiet city, but at that place, in that area, it was calm. Silent. Respectful.

And what stood out to me wasn’t just how engaged everyone was—i When @enmuroswell reached out several months ago, wanting to pioneer something different for orientation week, I was thrilled to be invited to kick things off for them. Today, I was back on the road, speaking for @cityofhobbsnm , leading a session on Mind Matters: Changing the Mental Health The first day of a new school year is about more than lesson plans, schedules, and classrooms. It’s about possibility.
