The 10th @create.women Conference is in the books! It has been such a privilege and joy to be a part of 9 of them. The thousands that have attended over the years and being impacted by the Gospel is so special. It’s so fun to play a small part I got to spend the morning with the staff of @uni.tedwayofleacounty and we had such a good time diving into the Enneagram and all its benefits for a team as well as Generational Differences. I so appreciate organizations that invest in professional d I’ve been doing A LOT of thinking, reflecting, questioning, and challenging myself quite a bit this week and especially the last 3 days. One of the things I see that dominates mainstream culture, “conventional wisdom”, and “ad I don’t think I’ve ever been as hard on myself as I have this year - especially the last 3 months or so. My mental health has suffered and the struggle has been real. I know I’m a leader; I know I stand in front of crowds on a regul It was a joy to return to speak in Artesia for the first time in 7.5 years today! A big thank you to the PY Foundation for organizing the event (and special s/o to @sandyborges82 & Destiny Rojo). Another great and engaged group. At points, we were laughing hard! I appreciate that! We spent the entire day diving into 6 different sections/subjects on leadership development. The best This morning was fun! @conocophillips wanted to change up their monthly safety meetings and invited me to be their guest speaker. We were up early but we had a great time!
