Through laughter and insight, Steve Sauceda creates an atmosphere where people feel comfortable about not only learning, but sharing their true feelings about the organization they work for, good or bad.  This is invaluable unfiltered feedback, which normally we would not receive, and it enables those in the organization's structure to become aware of problems, resentments, or pride and happiness in working for that organization.  Steve's talks are as good for management and leaders as they are for employees.
