During a recent survey of our staff concerning their professional development needs, generational differences ended up top on the list. Due to this, we brought Steve Sauceda in to give a presentation on the topic and wow, it was a hit. Not only was it informative, it was VERY engaging. His presentation style combined with the information he shared really helped our team understand how to connect, communicate, and work side by side with others from a different generation. We have a very diverse workforce of all ages, and everyone truly enjoyed the presentation and appreciated what they learned.
