Steve Sauceda was a fantastic addition to the pilot foreman leadership training class at IPS. During his engaging two-hour session, Steve helped our foremen understand the importance of having difficult conversations and how to approach them as leaders. Our team actively participated throughout the training, and their feedback afterward was overwhelmingly positive about both Steve’s engaging approach and what they learned.
